We send a written quotation that sets out the scope, price, timeline and terms. Work starts only once these are confirmed in writing.

Advance payment and confirmation
You pay the agreed advance by bank transfer. We confirm receipt, send a receipt and officially start your project.

Design, development and testing
We share the design for your approval, build the website, test it, and send you progress updates along the way.

Final payment and handover
After final approval and final payment, we hand over your website and provide the agreed support.
Regular project updates
We keep you updated through WhatsApp or email, depending on the method we agree with you. At each milestone you can review the work and give feedback.

Secure bank transfer payments
We currently accept payments by bank transfer. We don't use an online payment gateway, and payments are confirmed by us after the transfer.

- 4We share the agreed bank transfer instructions with you privately.
- 5You make the transfer using the payment reference we give you.
- 6We confirm we have received your payment and send you a receipt.

- 8Further payments follow the milestones set out in your agreement.
- 9Final payment is confirmed before we hand over the deliverables, as set out in your agreement.
Stay safe
- We will never ask for your online banking password, PIN or OTP.
- Our bank details are not published on this website. We share them privately once your quotation is confirmed.
- Always use the payment reference we give you.

Bug-fix support
Eligible defects in the agreed deliverables can be reported during the support period. Support period: specified in your quotation.
Maintenance is separate
Ongoing maintenance, content updates, new features and hosting charges are different from bug-fix support and are quoted separately.
